Well well.. here as i sit on the hard ass stool of my primed laboratory with gray clouds surrounding and techno music blaring through (students using lab) i felt i shpuld unfold my story of the days i spent in TERENGGANU……
Ok ok heres the first hand account.. we went on sat morning in my dads car with my uncle driving all the way to larkin which of course was expected to be in a jam… with about 2 hrs in the ride we finally arrived at larkin at 9:15am… Had a quick brekkie and headed to the coach..
Now the coach was the hell thingy.. i mean when u first entel its like ya not so bad ok can manage.. but three hours later u go like what the fuck???
so anyway me and my cuz listen to my mp3s all the way till our first stop at 2pm for lunch..
we stopped at this roadside like stall where they had all the dishes served still hot but like buffet style.. but the variety wasnt that great so then we had to pray.. the toilet was as disgusting as ever and to make matters worse, the prayer hall was all the way at the back so u had to wear ur already wet shoes(caused by ablution) and track on muddy waters..
Well anyway the whole bus had to wait for moi cause we took a long time to get ready , make up and all… MuHAHAHAH
then the bus continued on and me and cuz reminized abt the good old days when things were simpler and then i realised what an irritant she had become.. i mean i luv my cousin but she can be really annonying like mimicking la, biting la… wonder where she learn all these…. HAIZ….

Anyway 11 hours later we reached Terengganu at abt 10pm at night and as soon as we alighted we took another 15mins to wait for a freaking cab…
Arriving at the 4 star hotel finally brought me back to sanity… that was until i saw the rooms.. i mean the rooms so did not match to the rest of the grand hotel, it was small and simple… so not worth it..

Day 2 brought in a whole other story, we went to the buffet breakfast complimentary of the hotel, and i was in heaven i mena it had everything, cereal, mee, rice, prate, pastries, juices, tea, cofffee, milk, fruits, salads, beans, omelettes, half-boiled egg, sausages and more.. i ate u cannot believe…(i think some of u might)
then we took a trip arranged by one of the travels there, we went to a batik making factory,
then to a boat making place

and then we went to buy keropok lekor(traditional terengganu crisps) at this island called Batu Burok
(i noe what it looks like but i assure u u have to cut it to fry and eat, its like a sausage ok) sheesh u ppl!!!
and then lastly we went to seee this mosque
that was it for the tour.. and at night we went to out to catch a music festival which was held near the beach, and we ate at a hawker centre nearby, and there were lots of shops like pur pasar malam only more stuff and more food u have never seen before.. so we shopped like we dropped and then walked by the beach at night all the way back to the hotel.
Day 2
we had brekkie at the buffet thingy again and then followed by our trekking adventure tour.. we were goin to a waterfall.. called the sekayu waterfall

we trekked up the waterfall for abt 20mins or so before we came to see a waterfall, by which we were already damn tired, then the guide said that we had an hours climb if we wanted to see the orgin of the fall.. so my mum excusing herself for wearing heels said she'd wait a at the bottom while we trekked but in the end me and my cousin had to stay with her while my dad and the tour guide trekked up. and as we climbed back down we had a swim in the lake and it was freezing cold i think almost zero degrees man… Shiok!!!

the thing is when my dad came back he was so flustered and covered in sweat and on his shirt i saw this thin twig so i said 'hey dad theres somthing on ur shirt' at which point he grabbed the rock and squished the twig and smashed it all into goo… i was shocked
Me: what was that?
Dad: oh its some sort of leech if it gets stuck on u it will suck ur blood and its pretty hard to get it off u
Me: oh shit!

Then my dad said that halfway through the climb he heard a whistling sound which seems pretty rhythemic therefore couldnt be a bird and so so aloud.
but the tour guide jus kept quite and moved along.
when they climbed back down he explained that the in these woods there are presences all around and one shouldnt lament freely.. Wooo
After the waterfall and the freezing cold, we went to a dam called the Kenyir dam it was such a beautiful site and the water was so clear it was a truly beautiful.. but all u could do there was take pictures and alas ny that time our camera was dead!!
so we made the drive back to the hotel packed our thing and left the hotel at 4pm to catch our coach home at 9pm, while we were at the bus dpot we did some last min shopping and slept the journey home and reached singapore at 9:30am the next morning…
